DISCLAIMER I, the undersigned acknowledge that Ballynonty Equestrian, its servants or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or death arising out of this contract or howsoever caused to the rider, owner/or mount as a result of their participation in any event which shall include practise or training for same. Further in addition, the owner and/or rider at all times hereby warrant, the suitability of his/her mount for the activity being undertaken.
Further and in addition, hard hats will be worn at all times to the permissible safety recommendation PAS015. The riders and/or their guardians (if necessary) hereby undertake and accept responsibility for inspecting any facilities provided, and having taken account of the following:
It shall be the sole decision of each rider whether or not to participate in any activity, and in so doing, they shall participate entirely at their own risk. Hard hats with chinstraps fastened, to current PAS015 regulations must be fastened at all times when mounted. Skull caps (PAS015) and back protectors must be worn on Cross Country.
It shall be a condition of this contract that all participants shall enter into a contract for personal accident insurance, which shall cover all activities involved prior to engaging upon and after any such activities.
I, the undersigned/guardian hereby agree to absolve all persons having any connections with Ballynonty Equestrian, including its owners, entrants and drivers, and owners of vehicles and mounts, from liability arising out of accidents however caused, resulting in damage, loss, personal injury or death to persons and/or property. I, the undersigned, further undertake to indemnify Ballynonty Equestrian for any claim made for or on behalf of the participant.
COVID‑19 RESTRICTIONS will apply and must be complied with at all times. Anyone not adhering to these rules will be excluded from the premises. Sanitising stations will be located around the complex and we encourage all persons to use these.
With respect to our photographers that come to Ballynonty Equestrian – please note that we operate a strict rule on copyright laws. Copyright is a legal means of protecting an author's work. It is a type of intellectual property that provides exclusive publication, distribution, and usage rights for the author. This means whatever content the author created cannot be used or published by anyone else without the consent of the author. The photographer owns the copyright of any photograph, no matter where it is reproduced or posted (including on social media). If riders do not adhere to the copyright laws, Ballynonty Equestrian and the photographer reserve the right to issue a warning and/or restrict that person from competition at the premises.
I agree that it is the responsibility of each rider to evaluate both their own and their horse's ability and choose to participate in a class that they feel confident in.
By placing this entry, I consent to allow BALLYNONTY EQUESTRIAN to use the data provided in this entry form to facilitate my entry and participation in the specified class during BALLYNONTY EQUESTRIAN EVENTS and to facilitate publication of class running lists and results on the BALLYNONTY EQUESTRIAN website and associated social media accounts. I understand that my email address and payment information will not be published or made available in this manner, and will be used explicitly for the purpose of completing class entry or provision of refund where appropriate and agreed upon by BALLYNONTY EQUESTRIAN.
